1348 Den was a design-build project in which a new addition was added to an existing 1912 Denver Square.  Along with the addition of a new living room, butler's pantry and studio space, the kitchen was remodeled and a new master suite bathroom was created.  Interior carpentry and tile details marry the classic feel of the home with it's recent modernization.
